Jo MacDonald Hiked in the Woods

Jo MacDonald Hiked in the Woods is a fun and colorful book that is a celebration of the outdoors.  I love how the engaging and catchy this song is.  The young ones catch on quickly, singing the familiar tune to the grandparents who can certainly sing along with them.  Highly recommended - E-I-E-I-O.  The watercolor images are simply lovely ... a favorite book in the family collection.  The back of the book has further information on the animals, trees and plants of the forest community, as well as suggested indoor activities.
