Review: Cinderella’s Organic Housekeeping

Years ago I worked as a Nannie/ Housekeeper to keep my life up and running, while figuring out who I was and who I wanted to be.  Just like Cinders herself, I too found solace and comfort with the animals and in the honest mindfulness of the chores.  The laundry was a place of peace, scrubbing the floors felt like humble service, yet the chemicals that I was using to kill the "bad bugs" never quite resonated with me.  These harsh chemicals I now rarely use ... my home is a mostly, green zone. ... lemons are quite welcome, vinegar - come on in and baking soda and abrasive sponges ... well, you two take the lead and manage this crew.  Okay, so I certainly have learned a thing or two and my prince charming likes what he sees.

A natural products advocate, I was really excited when I heard about a company that offers safe, fair trade, organic, eco-friendly cleaning products, all of which are packaged in glass called Cinderella’s Organic Housekeeping.  Cinderella’s is proud to offer consumers the first glass spray bottle in the cleaning industry complimented by glass concentrate refill bottles.  I quickly shot them an email and they sent me some products.

 Cinderella’s Organic Housekeeping, a family company, began in beautiful Nelson, British Columbia, Canada with a dream ... safe cleaning products, packaged in glass, that work wonderfully with ingredients that even-a-baby-can-use.  They certainly have done just that.

When my package arrived I was so excited, as I usually am when a product comes my way to review, but this time it was different.  There is a special kind of aura that surrounds this company and these products and I noticed it right away.  The second thing I noticed, after the seemingly magical frequency was the scent ... hhmmm mmmmm yummmmm!!!!  Yes, that good, especially the lavender.

I received the unscented, orange and lavender versions of the Cinderella’s All-Purpose cleaners.  Cinderella’s All-Purpose cleaners consist of ingredients you may have eaten at one time or another in your life. Ingredients like Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Hemp Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Citric Acid, Vitamin E and Essential Oil.   I took my time with them, really giving them a good reviewing.  My husband loves (and I mean loves) this stuff - LOVES IT and I agree.  Do you ever wash your counters in fear????  I certainly have, unsure if any of those chemicals will soon find there way into my body, or my husbands' and children.  The Cinderella’s All-Purpose cleaners are out of this world ... I cannot say enough good things about them.  The lavender is by far my favorite, but the orange is nice too.  If unscented suits your needs you will be a happy camper too.  You can use this stuff for everything from the household duties, to cleaning your dog and wash your fruits and veggies.  It works well as a spot cleaner, in your steam cleaner, on the greasiest, hard-to-clean places in your home or camper any place else that is dirty.  You can even spray it in the air as an air freshener.  This is the best cleaner I have ever used.  My husband said it first and everyone one else I share it with does too.  It is reasonably priced, cheaper than store brands if you buy it in concentrated bottles and completely wonderful.

Hurray, now the kids can help me clean too!!!
