Doreen Virtue's
Assertiveness for Earth Angels: How to Be Loving Instead of "Too Nice" is a useful and informative book that teaches the importance of being assertive. What I love about this book is that Virtue tells stories about her life, sharing an intimate look into her heart and her character.
A quick read, you could easily fill a weekend reading it. Makes a great gift, especially around the holidays.
