Vibrating for health ... my goodness, this whole body vibration technique looks great.  This book teaches all about this new style of getting into shape and living as healthy as possible.  A Whole Body Vibration machine sends vibrations through your entire body. It activates your nerves, firing messages to your brain and muscles, and causes your muscles to tighten and relax at the same rate the machine is vibrating, twenty to fifty times per second.  This looks really interesting and fun.  I checked out the price of the machine ... the book certainly makes me want to run out and buy one.  The site has different models available, priced from $800 and up.

Lessons in Courage Peruvian Shamanic Wisdom for Everyday Life

I agree, this is an excellent book ... well-written, a joy to read ... a fascinating insight into the mesa spiritual tradition ... spiritually nourishing!!!

Animal lovers will adore this book and those who are not animal lovers, may come them if they read this.  When the Horses Whisper is about the emotional connection that horses and humans share.  They have the capacity and to help heal a broken heart and teach about unconditional love ... and in my experience - intuition.  This book is touching ... I absolutely love it!



True Angel Stories: 777 Messages of Hope and Inspiration

I am a huge Diana Cooper fan and angel lover.  Her work is usually spectacular ... and this book certainly fits into my high expectations.  I love this book because it is a collection of real angel stories by people.  The book also contains visualizations and exercises for connecting with angels ...





INNER VEGAS: Creating Miracles, Abundance, and Health

This is one of those books that can literally change your life ... completely incredible!!!  A must-have ... if you want to turn your life around, or make you like as exceptional as possible, this book is for you.  This book is all about manifesting the life you desire, taking control, creating wealth in all areas of your life.  I have read it from cover to cover, twice now and will most likely read it again before the month is over.  Recommended!!!



A Journey to Oneness: a Chronicle of Spiritual Emergence

I couldn't wait to get my hand on this book and when I finally did, I certainly was not let down.  I couldn't put it down ... timeless, epic, gorgeous and richly interwoven threads of a spiritual tapestry ... angel choirs I can hear in the distance!  It makes difficult and deep spiritual concepts understandable.  Thank you Rasha, this book is really going to help a lot of people.
