lush, silky satin eye pillow is made from high quality materials and

Spiritual Sprays can be used during yoga, meditation, on the body, as a

Ashtanga
yoga is a system of yoga popularized in the modern world by Sri K.
Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009), which he began to practice at age 12 in
Mysore, India.
Ashtanga means eight limbs in Sanskrit, which refers to the eight limbs of yoga laid out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
This
method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive
series of postures in a flowing Vinyasa style. This process producing
