Kneipp Herbal Bath
Bavarian priest, hydrotherapist and naturopath Sepastion Kneipp (1821-1897) devoted his entire life to the healing properties of water, herbalism and holistic health. He is believed to be the "father" of modern hydrotherapy, known as the "Waterdoctor from W rishofen".
Kneipp Herbal Baths are completely amazing ... natural, healthy, loaded with pure essential oils and perfect for stress relief. Warm baths are extremely healing on many levels, contributing to lasting relaxation and well-being. These are not bubble baths, although sometimes I wish they were, but rather they focus on the healing attributes of the oils and the water. You only need a capful, the effect is subtle, but effective. As you inhale the essential oils through the steam and absorb them through the bath, they begin to do their magic.
The Valerian & Hops Sleep Well Herbal Bath is one of my favorite Kneipp products. It has a "medicin-ee" kind of scent to it that I have become quite fond of. It is used to induce a deep, restorative sleep, relaxation and cure insomnia. Deep sleep is essential for health, well-being and aging gracefully.
Kneipp Jasmine & Argan Oil Body Lotion
I have tried so many different kinds of lotions on the market and my absolute favorite brand of lotion is Kneipp. They are a thick, non-greasy, quick-absorbing moisturizer that always smell delightful. Recently I tried the Jasmine & Argan Oil Body Lotion. I LOVE Jasmine, beyond description, so naturally I was excited to give it whirl. As I expected I was more than happy with it. It has a sweet, exotic and floral scent that is not too strong, more on the subtle side. It also protects the skin from pre-mature aging.
Jasmine essential oil soothes the nerves, producing a feeling of confidence, optimism and euphoria, while revitalizing and restoring energy. It also increases elasticity and is often used to assist with stretch marks and to reduce scarring. Jasmine oil has great value for treating severe depression, eases childbirth, is beneficial with sexual problems, on the respiratory tract, for muscle pain and for toning the skin.
Sexy, alluring and age-defying - I cannot get enough Jasmine & Argan Oil Body Lotion. It also comes in a body oil and body wash. I would love to try these soon.

While it diminishes expression line formations and smooths away wrinkles, it is also shielding the skin from oxidative stress and UVA/UVB rays and fighting free radical damage and oxidative stress with L-Carnosine & Green Tea Extract. It is luxurious and deeply moisturizing. I feel like a women of immense abundance every time I use it. You really have to try it to know what I mean. It makes my skin so soft and supple, making it look youthful and dewy. I glow and I know it.
Unfortunately this product contains parabens, which are a type of synthetic preservative that can prove irritating to sensitive users and may actually contribute to Cancer. It is also expensive, $105.00 for 1.7ounces
Freeze 24-7® Freeze & Go Instant Smoother and Brightener
This product is awesome. It keeps me looking gorgeous, youthful and flawless. First off it minimizes my pores, something that I really feel I need to look my best. It plumps my skin up and makes my complexion look very healthy. It is age-defying being that it reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while plumping the skin up and defending skin against free radicals and environmental aggressors, including pollution. My foundation goes on more smoothly and evenly when I use it and stays "fresh" looking longer, much like a primer. Celebrity makeup artists everywhere stress the importance of priming. The only down side to the Freeze 24-7® Freeze & Go Instant Smoother and Brightener is that it has a very long ingredient list, containing parabens and all sorts of "difficult to pronounce" ingredients. It does work though and although I do not use it all the time, if I am in a hurry or away from home it has the power to "glamify" my day in a moments notice. The cost of 20ml is $70.00.
